A clearer workspace for incoming email

A focused message list, more room to read, and an accessible reply composer in Sendar Inboxes.

Application replies deserve room to breathe. We have refreshed the Inboxes beta with a two-pane workspace that keeps messages beside a wider reading area. A compact inbox switcher puts the receiving address and copy action above your messages. Creating another inbox now opens a short dialog.

Read and reply without losing your place

The message list and reading area scroll independently on desktop. Attachments have distinct download cards, and the reply action remains below the reading area. Open the composer to choose your verified sender, write a response, and explicitly confirm sending. On smaller screens, the list and message become separate views with a back control.

The same receiving safeguards

Messages remain plain text with external content blocked. Sender identity is unverified, and attachments are not virus-scanned. Message details and download warnings explain those limits. Replies still use your sending quota and require a verified sending domain.

Hosted inboxes remain in beta: five active inboxes, one MiB per message, and thirty-day message retention. Export any message you need to keep. To try the new layout, open Inboxes and choose a receiving address from the switcher. Copy that address into your email client and send a short message. Select it when it appears, inspect the sender and content, and use the reply control at the bottom of the reader. Your recipient is shown before you confirm the send.

You can export the original email from the reader toolbar. Inbox limits and the control to disable receiving are available below the workspace, keeping routine reading separate from configuration. The interface polls for incoming messages every fifteen seconds; the refresh button lets you check sooner.

This update changes the workspace layout; it does not add automatic replies or customer-owned receiving domains.
