Troubleshoot Sendar email API errors
Diagnose authentication, validation, quota and sending errors without duplicating messages.
Check the response
Read the HTTP status and error body. Check your key, verified sending domain, recipient format and plan allowance. Treat 4xx validation failures as problems to correct before retrying.
Handle uncertain sends
If a connection times out after you submit a message, inspect the email log before resending. A timeout can happen after acceptance. Do not retry indefinitely or assume a request was never processed.
Separate acceptance from delivery
A sent message was accepted by the sending provider. Use available delivery events, bounce information and recipient feedback to investigate further; do not promise inbox placement based on the send response.
